Zelenskyy Visits Netherlands for Meeting with Dutch Prime Minister
According to Ukrainian state media, citing its correspondent, Zelenskyy landed in the country to take part in the Four Freedoms Awards ceremony held in Middelburg.
The same reporting indicated that his agenda also features a bilateral meeting with Jetten, who had previously visited Ukraine last month—his second foreign trip since assuming office in February.
His arrival in the Netherlands follows a series of recent diplomatic stops in Germany, Norway, and Italy earlier this week.
Earlier, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is working on laying the groundwork for expanded security arrangements across Europe and expects to “achieve results this very week.”
After discussions in Germany, Ukrainian and German officials signed an agreement on data cooperation between their defense ministries. They also issued a joint declaration of intent focused on “support of industrial recovery and resilience” between their respective economic ministries.
In a separate engagement, Zelenskyy met Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in Oslo on Tuesday, where both sides signed a joint declaration aimed at strengthening defense and security cooperation.
